Everything you need to know to kick off and complete your VIP Day in 1 day.

What to expect

We’re excited for your VIP Day! In preparation, please read the following so you know what to expect, and then fill out the Google Doc form we sent you in your Welcome email at least 72 hours before your VIP Day!

The VIP Day is a unique process that helps you rapidly check things off your to-do list, maintain brand consistency, and move the needle forward in 1 day. In order to make the process go smoothly we do as much of the backend research and creative work as we can beforehand. This means by the time we kick-off we have thought a lot about your business and have developed a plan to execute in order to complete this in 1 day successfully.

How it works

The VIP Day is a process that allows us to work on you and only you for 1 day. We have a schedule that we follow to ensure that we deliver all items as promised. This requires us to move along in the process in a timely manner, which is why we require clear communication from you!

The Schedule:

  1. Your VIP Date is scheduled & should be on your calendar!

  2. Complete your Google Form Document we sent over via email at least 72hrs before your VIP Day. You can drop any questions you have inside the doc using the comments feature.

  3. The work begins on your scheduled VIP Day!

  4. We will meet from 10-11am and then again from 2-3pm to review work, provide feedback and approvals of completed work. *Timing may vary for each client.

  5. Walk away knowing you’ve checked off some hot items on your to-do list and can now focus on next steps in your biz!

your to-do

1) Reference your Welcome email which will include your VIP Day date and other custom project details!

2) Fill out the Google Doc form no less than 72 hours before your VIP day to ensure a smooth process. We recommend setting aside 30min to complete this. It will include questions that ask for login details so get that info ready!
