Raj Bandyopadhyay is the founder of Series A Photography, a personal brand photography studio serving speakers, entrepreneurs, and experts who are ready to show up as the face of their message. With a background in computer science, public speaking, and relationship coaching, Raj brings a rare blend of technical precision and emotional intelligence to his work. His mission? To help clients translate their story into images that build connection, credibility, and confidence on stage, online, and everywhere in between.
The Ask:
Raj came to us with a strong foundation: a clear niche, a thoughtful brand voice, and a growing reputation among speakers and thought leaders. What he needed was a digital presence that matched the caliber of his work. His existing website didn’t reflect the premium experience he offered or the depth of transformation his clients walked away with. He also wanted to expand his reach through speaking engagements and email marketing but lacked the systems to support that growth. Our goal was to elevate his online presence, streamline his client journey, and build a backend that could support both his photography business and his personal brand as a speaker.
How We Did It:
We started by refining the structure and flow of Raj’s website, keeping his existing brand identity but updating the visuals and layout to feel more modern, intuitive, and aligned with his premium services. We clarified his offerings: The Icon Experience and The Identity Lab and crafted messaging that spoke directly to his ideal clients: speakers, coaches, and experts ready to invest in their brand presence.
To support his growth as a speaker, we developed two lead magnets designed to showcase his expertise and provide value to his audience. We then built a funnel that guided visitors from these resources into his email list, where we set up a system for ongoing email marketing. This included a welcome sequence, regular newsletters, and promotional campaigns- all designed to nurture his audience and convert leads into clients.
The result is a cohesive, elevated online presence that reflects the depth and quality of Raj’s work, supports his growth as a speaker, and provides a seamless experience for his clients from first click to final deliverable.
